About the event
Amanda, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, will explore the world of fermented foods, highlighting their health benefits, common uses, and how they can be incorporated into daily meals. With sauerkraut, kombucha, and sourdough as examples, she will outline the basics of fermentation and provide practical guidance for getting started at home.
This session will focus on information and ideas, attendees will also receive access to three step-by-step video guides after the event covering how to make some of these fermented foods at home in your own kitchen.
