Everyone experiences stress and we all have to eat - but is there a connection between our diet and our stress? Â
The foods we eat plays an essential role in our over all health - and stress is a part of that! Stress can lead us to make different dietary choices and the foods we eat can also impact our stress and recovery from it. In this workshop (is that the right word?) we will explore the connection between stress and nutrition and learn some tips to harness the power of nutrition to support your body through stressful times.
